This last week we both walked and cycled on the KVR Kettle Valley Railway bed that was established in 1901, a very popular cycling and walking trail from Kelowna to Osoyoos in the south. At the present the bed is under improvement from Kaleden to Okanagan Falls, the soft sand makes for a good work out on the bike
